We hope you are all keeping safe and well. 

Due to the announcement from the State Government today regarding the 2 week extension to the current Melbourne Metro lockdown, all CSCG staff will continue working remotely, until we receive confirmation that our office is permitted to return to work. We trust that over the course of the next week our clients will not notice a disruption to our services as a result of the change. 

The following are some changes to the way we will be practicing our day to day duties;
  • Our phones will be attended to from 10am to 2pm daily outside of these times your calls will be directed to our message bank service and all messages will be forwarded to the relevant team member;
  • Any documents that require signing will need to be done through our CSCG Client Portal. If you would like to arrange access to our portal please follow the link https://cscg.com.au/client-portal
  • Any necessary client meetings will be conducted via Phone conference or Zoom 
Please note all staff will remain contactable via email. 

We understand this is a stressful time & it is imperative for you to have access to your accountant and we will continue to work hard to ensure every client has our full support.

We will continue to reassess the situation regarding COVID-19 and keep you informed of any updates as they become available.
