Due to the announcement regarding the Stage 4 restrictions from Dan Andrews regarding the closing of workplaces we have activated our business continuity plan.

As a result, all CSCG staff will be working remotely from Thursday 6th August. We trust that over the course of the next 6 weeks our clients will not notice a disruption to our services as a result of the change. 

The following are some changes to the way we will be practicing our day to day duties;

  • Laura our friendly receptionist will answer phone calls to the office Monday  to Thursday 10.00am to 4.00pm. Outside of these hours your calls will be directed to our message bank service and forwarded to the relevant team member;
  • All postage will be delivered to you electronically where possible;
  • Any documents that require signing will need to be done through our CSCG Client Portal. If you would like to arrange access to our portal please follow the link https://cscg.com.au/client-portal
  • Any necessary client meetings will be conducted via Phone conference or Zoom 

Please note apart from telephone, all staff will remain contactable via email. 

We understand this is a very stressful time & it is imperative for you to have access to your accountant and we will continue to work hard to ensure every client has our full support.

We will continue to reassess the situation regarding COVID-19 and keep you informed of any updates as they become available.
